FR/ES/EN Hola! Je suis Adriana, une Vénézuélienne installée à Québec depuis 10 ans. Maman de 3 enfants âgés de 9, 7 et 3 ans, et mariée à un charmant Québécois. Je suis doula prénatale et postnatale et la fondatrice de Doula de Lunas. Bien que j'aie étudié en administration des affaires et en design graphique, ma véritable passion et vocation ont émergé lorsque j'ai décidé d'accoucher naturellement à la maison de mon premier enfant (et aussi des deux autres). Devenir mère a éveillé en moi un profond désir d'aider, de soutenir, d'accompagner et de partager mon expérience avec d'autres femmes dans leur parcours vers la maternité. Je me suis formée en tant que doula prénatale et postnatale, acquérant des connaissances et des compétences pour offrir un soutien physique, émotionnel et informatif aux femmes à cette étape si vulnérable. Mon objectif est de les aider à se sentir autonomes, confiantes et aimées tout au long du processus. En plus de ma formation de doula, j'ai également étudié l'éducation respectueuse et bienveillante, et je suis une étudiante passionnée de tous les sujets liés à la maternité. Je suis également une guide certifiée Montessori AMI. En ce moment, je suis en train de finaliser ma formation en tant que facilitatrice d'espaces sacrés, et je suis également en train d'élargir ma pratique en tant que doula holistique à large spectre à l'École Quantik Doula. Soy doula prenatal y postnatal y fundadora de Doula de Lunas. Aunque estudié administración de empresas y diseño gráfico, mi verdadera pasión y vocación surgieron cuando decidí tener partos naturales en casa, tanto para mi primer hijo como para los otros dos. Convertirme en madre despertó en mí un profundo deseo de ayudar, apoyar, acompañar y compartir mi experiencia con otras mujeres en su camino hacia la maternidad. Me formé como doula prenatal y postnatal, adquiriendo conocimientos y habilidades para ofrecer apoyo físico, emocional e informativo a las mujeres en esta etapa tan vulnerable. Mi objetivo es ayudarlas a sentirse autónomas, seguras y amadas durante todo el proceso. Además de mi formación como doula, también he estudiado educación respetuosa y amorosa, y soy una apasionada estudiante de todos los temas relacionados con la maternidad. También soy una guía certificada de Montessori AMI. En este momento, estoy finalizando mi formación como facilitadora de espacios sagrados, y también estoy ampliando mi práctica como doula holística de amplio espectro en la Escuela Quantik Doula. I'm Adriana, a Venezuelan living in Quebec for 10 years. I'm a mother of 3 children aged 9, 7, and 3, and married to a charming Quebecois. I am a prenatal and postnatal doula and the founder of Doula de Lunas. Although I studied business administration and graphic design, my true passion and calling emerged when I decided to have natural home birth for my first child (and also for the other two). Becoming a mother awakened in me a deep desire to help, support, accompany, and share my experience with other women on their journey to motherhood. I trained as a prenatal and postnatal doula, acquiring knowledge and skills to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to women in this vulnerable stage. My goal is to help them feel empowered, confident, and loved throughout the process. In addition to my doula training, I have also studied respectful and nurturing education, and I am a passionate student of all topics related to motherhood. I am also a certified Montessori AMI guide. Currently, I am finalizing my training as a sacred space facilitator, and I am also expanding my practice as a holistic doula with a broad spectrum at the Quantik Doula School. Un acompañamiento muy valioso
Adri es una persona con un carisma muy grande, apasionada por su trabajo, muy comprometida, con conocimientos importantes y con un sentido de ayuda muy alto. Desde que llegamos a Montreal se convirtió en un ángel para nosotros, disponible todo el tiempo y nos dio información muy importante que por ser padres primerizos desconocíamos. Los servicios recibidos fueron un acompañamiento muy valioso durante el embarazo, guiándonos hacia el momento del parto e incluso una asesoría hasta q llegó nuestro bebé. Por cosas de la vida me hicieron una cesaría de emergencia y no pudimos tener parto vaginal como lo habíamos preparado con Adri en donde ella también nos acompañaría para ese momento. Estamos inmensamente agradecidos con su ayuda, asesoría, consejos y su orientación. Además del amor que le pone a todo lo que hace. Conocerla nos trajo una amiga que esperamos conservar por mucho Tiempo. Recomendamos sin lugar a dudas a Adri a cualquier mamá o papá pues su trabajo nos facilitó la vida, disminuyó nuestros temores, nos enriqueció en conocimientos y solo tenemos gratitud hacia ella y a su trabajo.

My experience with Adriana was amazing 💕 she was my doula for the birth of my son this year, in hospital in Laval. She was so warm, understanding, and empathetic throughout my correspondence with her, and I felt like I had known her for a long time very quickly. I also found it very easy to trust her and be vulnerable with her, which is so important during the birthing process! She is super knowledgeable which provided a huge amount of value for me as a first time mom, and most importantly she helped me to create a completely natural and overwhelmingly positive birthing experience that I don’t think I would have had without her guidance and support. I can’t recommend her services enough 💛✨

Adriana a été mon accompagnante à la naissance et j ‘ai vraiment adoré mon expérience avec elle. Elle a fait preuve de beaucoup de bienveillance, de patience et de fiabilité! Elle est restée avec moi tout le long de mon accouchement avec toujours de bons mots encourageants et un joli sourire même après 12h de travail ! Elle s’est aussi assurée que je sois bien installée dans ma chambre avec bébé avant de partir (sous une grosse tempête de neige !) Elle a clairement fait un travail fantastique! Je la recommande fortement à n‘importe quelle maman qui souhaiterait accueillir son petit bout dans la douceur et la sérénité ❤️ Merci pour tout belle Adriana ❤️
